The WMS fires webhooks and notifications automatically. Here is how to connect each integration.

n8n Webhooks

In n8n create a Webhook node (POST). Copy the URL. In WMS go to Integrations, add n8n Webhook Settings, then paste into Settings. Fires on PO save, SO save, DO dispatch, low stock, GRN received.

Google Chat

In your Google Chat space click the space name, Manage webhooks, Add webhook. Copy the URL and paste into Settings. Test with Tools - Test Google Chat Webhook.

Google Calendar

By default uses your primary calendar. To use a team calendar, copy the Calendar ID from Google Calendar settings and paste into Settings. Events auto-create on PO and SO save.

Gmail

Uses your Google account Gmail automatically. No setup needed. Ensure supplier and customer emails are filled in their sheets. PDFs attach automatically when emailing documents.

Google Drive

Create a folder in Drive called WMS Documents. Open it, copy the folder ID from the URL. Paste into Settings - Drive Folder ID for PDFs.

Customer Order Portal

Run Customer Portal - Create Customer Order Form. A Google Form is auto-created. Share the URL with customers. Every submission auto-creates a Sales Order and sends a confirmation email.
